I am a sales and management expert who, since 2014, has been executing all aspects of lead generation, prospect nurturing, sales, RFQ and RFP processes, project scoping, and remote team management for, at various times, Opichi LLC, Punch SEO, and Nickel City Technology Consulting.

In addition to being adept with Wordpress, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, multiple types of CRM, Windows servers, IT, and VoIP, one of my greatest strengths is building long-lasting client relationships. Using a customer-focused approach, I easily translate the complex world of technology into solutions that are understandable and correct. This mindset is why my customers (or as I like to call them, friends) regularly start new projects and initiatives with me. I am a front of mind resource whenever technology or the internet interacts with their businesses.

Being a voracious learner, I am always reading a new book or taking a course on the latest sales techniques, marketing processes, or advertising approaches (I recommend Never Split the Difference and Seducing Strangers as a couple of my all-time favorites).

And I love to teach this knowledge. I have taught courses at Canisius College, Ingram Micro, and Villa Maria College on topics of design, development, social media, and more. Seeing a colleague or student succeed because they built upon something they took away from a coaching session or class is one of my greatest pleasures.

While working with C-level executives to plan and execute company initiatives is rewarding, I also enjoy leading sales teams. I have been responsible for growing retail locations to being the top performing locations in the nation, and have been frequently recognized for exceeding sales and business development goals through careful leadership of both local and distributed teams."
